Heading into the second half of July, pavement preservation work continues across a number of local streets in Tangipahoa Parish.
Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said Material Resources, Inc. crews will be sealcoating the following roadways starting Thursday, July 16:
- Friendship Church Road;
- Turnpike Road;
- Hendry Road;
- Wares Road;
- Virginia Road;
- Spitale Road;
- Woodhaven Road;
- Randall Road;
- General Ott Road;
- Giluso Road;
- Booker II Road;
- North Thibodeaux Road; and
- Drude Road.
Motorists are asked to use alternate routes, if possible, while crews are working. Intermittent delays are possible during construction periods, and all work is weather-permitting.
