PONCHATOULA—Due to inclement weather forecast for our area over the next several days, the scheduled closure of the intersection of South Airport Road, North Hoover Road, and Sisters Road has been postponed until next weekend.
On Saturday, Nov. 18, and Sunday, Nov. 19, the roundabout will be closed to thru-traffic from approximately 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day while crews install the final lift of asphalt in the traffic circle.
Officials encourage motorists to make plans to avoid this intersection during the construction next weekend.
