Tangipahoa Parish Emergency Management will host a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) Training Course on June 10, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Florida Parishes Arena, located at 1301 NW Central Avenue, Amite City, LA 70422.
As Tangipahoa Parish continues planning toward a future Full-Scale Exercise, active participation from all partner agencies is essential. This training is a critical step in strengthening interagency coordination, communication, and operational readiness. We strongly encourage each agency to make this training a top priority for 2026.
The course will feature multiple simulated incident locations where mass casualty events could realistically occur within our parish. Through hands-on activities, scenario-based learning, and team-building exercises, participants will actively engage in incident response roles, fostering collaboration and shared understanding across agencies.
