WHAT: Enhanced Risk of Severe Weather and Slight Risk of Heavy Rainfall.

WHEN: Mid-morning through early tonight.

WHERE: All of SE LA and southern MS.

CONFIDENCE: We have low to moderate confidence on severe weather for today, with moderate confidence on the potential for flash flooding. Confidence with the location of where storms may train over the same areas is greatest within the Slight Risk Excessive Rainfall Outlook and Flash Flood Watch, but extent/amounts is more uncertain. Confidence in regards to river rises are also greatest in this region, especially for rivers already high from recent rains.
