HAMMOND—Residents on Happywoods and North Baptist Road may experience delays this week as crews begin milling those two roadways.
The contractor for the RPC Infrastructure Project will be milling Happywoods on Tuesday and Wednesday (Sept. 13 and 14). On Thursday, Sept. 15, crews plan to mill North Baptist Road. That project is expected to take two days, as well.
