Emergency Road Repair: November 17, 2025

AMITE — A portion of Hillcrest School Road will be closed today for emergency repairs.

 

Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said a portion of Hillcrest School Road in the Husser area will be closed on Monday, Nov. 17, so that crews can replace a damaged cross drain.

 

Miller said the work zone will be at a location approximately 100 feet north of the intersection with Galatas Road. Detours will be posted, and no through-traffic will be allowed in the construction zone.
