PONCHATOULA—A portion of Penn Road will be closed next Monday for culvert work.
Parish President Robby Miller said Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews are scheduled to replace a cross drain near 39591 Penn Road, which is located off of Esterbrook Road in Ponchatoula. Miller said work is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Monday, April 13, and should be completed around 2 p.m. that day, weather permitting.
Detours will be posted, and traffic will not be allowed through the construction zone while work is ongoing.
