UNEEDUS — Spirit of the Forest Boulevard is closed effective immediately due to a washed-out culvert beneath the roadway.
Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said parish road crews will be resetting the culvert near 50451 Spirit of the Forest Blvd., approximately 550 feet east of the intersection with Song of the Forest.
The closure is effective immediately and will remain in place until repairs are completed, which are expected by the end of this week.
Motorists should plan to use alternate routes to exit the subdivision during this time.
