As the parish engineer, I manage, coordinate, and review the many highway and bridge construction projects/developer plans throughout Tangipahoa Parish to ensure compliance with all applicable specifications, codes, and laws, while working closely with all divisions of parish government in addition to our federal, state, and local partners.
