Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews will temporarily close Herman Johnson Road on Wednesday, July 15, for a cross drain project.
Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said Herman Johnson Road will be closed at the intersection of Durbin Road to install a new culvert. Work is scheduled between the hours of 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., and no through-traffic will be allowed in the construction zone.
All work is weather-permitting and detours will be posted. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and plan for potential delays.
