WHAT: Extreme Cold with wind chills in the single digits and lower teens this morning & upper teens to low 20s Tuesday morning

CONFIDENCE: We are confident all of the area will see extreme cold conditions both this morning and Tuesday morning.
Impacts:
- Freeze/Hard Freeze: Temperatures will fall into the upper teens and low 20s and will be below freezing for up to 18 hours hours Tuesday night. These conditions can damage citrus and other sensitive agricultural crops. These conditions could result in significant damage to unprotected pipes as well as citrus and other sensitive agricultural crops.
- Wind Chill: Wind chills of 5 to 15 are forecast this morning as well as 15 to 20 degrees Tuesday morning. This can lead to hypothermia for those without warm shelter.
