KENTWOOD — Tangipahoa Parish Road and Bridge crews will temporarily close B Alford Road in Kentwood on Monday, June 8, for a cross drain project.
Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said B Alford will be closed at a location approximately 1,500 feet southwest of its intersection with LA 1056 to replace a culvert. Work is scheduled from approximately 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. that day, and no through traffic will be allowed in the construction zone.
All work is weather-permitting, and detours will be posted. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and plan for potential delays.
