AMITE—Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller is asking residents to refrain from placing their storm debris at the roadside.
Miller said Tangipahoa has not been approved by FEMA for a major declaration, which would include roadside debris removal.
Parish officials ask that citizens dispose of their storm debris, if they are able to do so.
