Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said crews have scheduled to change out a culvert on Chappapeela Road, approximately one-half mile from its intersection with Averett Road on Wednesday, June 12.
Miller said crews were forced to postpone work in this area due to post-storm clean-up activities on June 5.
Work is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. and be completed by 2:30 p.m., weather permitting. No thru-traffic will be allowed in the construction zone.
In addition to this culvert project, RWB Contractor will be performing asphalt patching on Jules Waller Road, Chappapeela Road, and Singing Waterfalls Road during the week of June 10. Motorists can expect intermittent delays during patching operations.
