WHAT: SLIGHT RISK of Heavy Rain that could lead to flash flooding
WHEN: 6 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, to 6 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 4
WHERE: Most of the area excluding the far northeast portion (see first image)
CONFIDENCE: We are confident there will be rain of 1-1.5 to 2-3 inches (see second image) with locally higher amounts possible.
Impacts: We have moderate confidence that when rainfall is combined with the existing wet soil conditions, the runoff could lead to flash flooding conditions.
