KENTWOOD—Due to numerous rain delays, work on Stateline Road will continue next week.

Tangipahoa Parish President Robby Miller said crews planned to do shoulder work next week, as weather permits. Striping could also begin as early as next week, Miller said.

Overlay work on this high-traffic roadway in north Tangipahoa began on February 28. Signs have been posted, as needed, to reroute travelers during specific portions of the overlay process.

Miller encourages motorists to use care in this construction zone and be mindful of potential delays during the workday. For more information on Tangipahoa Parish road work, go to www.Tangipahoa.org or check out the Tangipahoa Parish Government social media channels on Facebook and Twitter.
